At HIGHTIDE STORE DTLA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home and lifestyle goods. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original retail packaging and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Ship to DTLA

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the items back to our Downtown Los Angeles storefront.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange within 5-7 business days.
