These relaxed-fit unisex pants are called Sunday Pants, designed in Japan. Made of a lightweight, anti-wrinkle and anti-static polyester material. Since they don't get wrinkly too easily, they are great for some "dress-up" occasion, especially the black ones. 

Come with pockets, back pocket on the right,  the waist key loop, and a string to tighten the waist.
